INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx Express and Parcelforce which is part of the Royal Mail. We will always choose the most reliable and affordable delivery partner unless you ask us to ship with a specific partner. Please note you will need to advise us if you want us to use a specific delivery service at the point of ordering. Delivery charges will be sent on separately to international customers upon confirming courier and location.
Please note the following is a guide only, and may change as it is dependent on the weight of your order and your location:
Shipping to the EU £40 -£80
Shipping to the US £40 - £80
Shipping to Australia £65- £120
Rest of the world £50 - £120
Is there anything I can do to ensure my delivery is on time?
All orders are sent tracked and signed for, if you happen to miss your delivery then you will need to contact the delivery service yourself with your tracking details.
My delivery hasn't arrived or been attempted to deliver, help what shall I do?!
Don't stress! email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get in touch with the delivery people and ask what the hell is going on....jokes aside everything is tracked and is probably back at a depot somewhere but it will be located and delivered to you. Come rain or shine :)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Our pieces are non-refundable because they are either made to measure or made to order, especially for just for you! If you would like to try a sample before you buy, please make an appointment to try on in our studio. Juts hit the contact button and I'll get back in touch within 48 hours.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty we will offer you a refund or replacement item, please advise us of this within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or the product has been altered or worn unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
If your item is faulty and you are eligible for a refund:
Your item must be unused and arrive in the same condition that you received it. Any marks, damages or snags in the fabric will mean we cannot offer a refund. It must also be returned in the original packaging with the labels attached.
Please allow 3 days for your refund to process.

Pack any unwanted items, along with the original proof of purchase document and any returns information in the original packaging and postal box/bag.
