I’m Debbie — a British designer with a lifelong love affair with clothing, fabric, and the stories they tell.
Based in Yorkshire, I’ve spent years working across the UK clothing industry — from design studios to factory floors — learning how things are designed, made and brought to life. My background is in womenswear, but I’ve always been drawn to designers who did things differently — the rule breakers, the storytellers, the ones who created a whole world around what they made.
That’s the energy behind This Day Studio.
It starts with bags, but the vision is much bigger.
I’m building a fashion brand with a bold point of view — starting with accessories and evolving into ready-to-wear and bridal. Think great pieces, unexpected imagery, a little disruption and plenty of personality.
I want to make the things you get excited about wearing. The pieces that make the outfit, come with you for the big moments and somehow end up looking just as good somewhere completely unexpected afterwards.
Wear the good stuff. Don’t save it for best.
Everything is designed with intention, joy and a conscious eye on what comes next. Because the best fashion shouldn’t be finished with once the occasion is.
